FAQ
Ask and you shall not wander
We work according to the #ŻadnychNiespodzianek principle. We provide continuous, clear communication so you always know what stage the project is at and how much budget has been spent. This approach, plus our extensive experience with Magento implementations, makes us objectively the most frequently chosen agency when it comes to transferring a project.
Most often it’s due to lack of progress, chaotic implementation of fixes, declining performance, and no clear accountability on the side of the previous vendor. The project slips out of control and a seasoned Magento 2 rescue team is needed.
We have taken over, among others, Raw Decor (home decor), Allabeslag from Sweden, the fashion brand Volcano, and Zakłady Ceramiczne Bolesławiec. Each of these projects required a different approach – from fixing modules, through store redesign, all the way to a complete rebuild of critical functions.
Typically we find outdated code, lack of standards, overloaded servers, slow performance, faulty cache, and module conflicts. In B2B projects, additional challenges include errors in pricing logics and unstable ERP integrations.
We start with a situational analysis and a quick diagnosis of critical errors. If the project is unstable, in the first days we focus solely on “stabilizing” it so it stops generating losses, and only then move on to planning its development.
No – the store continues to operate normally. We implement all changes in a test environment, and production migrations and fixes are planned for hours with the lowest traffic to avoid risking conversion losses.
No – sometimes it’s more cost-effective to build a new platform than to patch years of technical debt. We always present concrete scenarios and cost estimates so you know whether repair makes business sense.
We implement a full backup system, clean up the repository, configure monitoring, change access credentials, and test all key processes. Within a few days of takeover, the project starts to run more stably than before.
Yes – we take over stores integrated with ERP, PIM, WMS, marketplaces, and shipping systems. We verify data flows and synchronization errors, which are often the source of the biggest operational issues.
