B2C jewellery & watch store. MVP in two months.
We were selected for this project as a team specializing in the target technology — Magento implementations 2. What really sealed the deal were in-person meetings and deep-dive conversations.

Client
Briju is a brand with over a hundred years of jewelry-making tradition. Today, it operates 70 jewelry and watch salons as well as an online store offering the full range of jewelry and watchmaking products. The company also develops innovative e-Commerce solutions such as a virtual try-on tool and a ring sizer.
Project goal
The main challenge of this project was to create a fast, reliable, and modern online store to meet the demands of a rapidly changing e-Commerce market. We knew it had to launch as quickly as possible without disrupting day-to-day business operations. We planned the MVP delivery in just two months, as meeting the Christmas shopping season deadline was a critical condition.
To meet the Christmas season deadline and have time to collect user feedback, we launched the MVP version of the store just 2 months after the start of development.
We built Briju.pl using a headless architecture, separating the backend from the frontends. This approach not only improves the end-user experience but also ensures development flexibility and scalability of the platform.
We worked in a mobile-first approach, using Magento PWA. On a smartphone, Briju.pl loads like a regular website but benefits from the features of a native mobile app.
In addition to the online store, Briju operates dozens of physical salons, each with its own inventory. Our solution allows customers to check product availability at a selected store and choose in-store pickup.
We developed a feature to check inventory levels at each of the 70 Briju retail locations, and enabled customers to order products for pickup at a selected salon.
We integrated the store with Przelewy24 and InPost parcel lockers using a custom solution developed by our team.
We designed an integration between the store and the Spartavity loyalty program. This key sales-driving tool allows customers to create a loyalty card for both online and in-store use. The program offers product discounts and generates coupons.
We implemented product personalization features, which are particularly important in the jewelry industry. For example, customers can add a set of wedding rings with a shared engraving to their cart from a single product page.
